- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval.
