  • Returns are accepted within 14–30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval.
